Woman Health & Family Planning Foundation (WHFP) in collaboration with the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and with financial support of the Governance of Japan is implementing the project “Mitigate the Consequences of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence and Facilitate Access to Essential Services and CSE for Conflict-Affected People in Ukraine.”

We are looking for the Executor to conduct the audit of local expenses.

The reporting period that should be audited is 01 April 2023 – 15 May 2024.

Start of the audit is planned for 15 June 2024.

Please submit a technical proposal, showing your experiences with similar audits, a proposed time schedule for this audit, and a detailed financial proposal.

All documents should be made up in English language.

Your proposal will be evaluated based on:

• relevant prior experience
• quality of proposal
• proposed time frame
• experience and language of proposed staff
• cost of proposal
• efficient combination of partner audits
