GFA Consulting Group GmbH (GFA) is the lead implementer of the project “Reducing Risk-factors for Non-Communicable Diseases in Ukraine” (Act4Health) Main Phase 1, funded by Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC). The project is implemented in partnership with the main national implementing partners the Charitable Foundation “Woman Health & Family Planning” (WHFP – PIU). The fourth year of the project implementation phase will be completed by October 31, 2024.

We greatly appreciate your offer to conduct the audit of local expenses.

The reporting period that should be audited is 01 November 2023 – 31 October 2024

Start of the audit is planned for 15 November 2024.

Please submit a technical proposal, showing your experiences with similar audits, a proposed time schedule for this audit, and a detailed financial proposal.

Please indicate clearly for which Act4Health partners you can perform the audit and explain how such combined audit will influence the price. All documents should be made up in English language.

Your proposal will be evaluated based on:

• relevant prior experience
• quality of proposal
• proposed time frame
• experience and language of proposed staff
• cost of proposal
• efficient combination of partner audits
